This is my poorly dry bag. I think the rip was caused by leaning the bike against a fence while I opened a gate. Obviously a tear in a dry bag isn't the end of the world ... but it also left an identical tear in my Enlightened equipment quilt too :(

Already mended ... needle, thread and a touch of seam sealer just to make sure ;)

On my last trip I had a moment of panic when I thought i'd torn my brand new Gore tex jacket on a barbed wire fence which I was camped next to, luckily no damage though.
