North West/Welsh Borders Contingent - Winter Lecture Series

Post by mikehowarth »

Hey all.

I'm planning to set up a series of monthly winter lectures running in Chester.

For anyone in the north west area - South Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool, North Wales, Welsh Borders I'd really value your feedback to gauge the level of interest and help out validating the idea.

There is a short questionnaire at: Chester Adventure Lectures

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Mike

Can I point out that Chester is 153 miles from Scotland so therefore not in the northwest or even the North for that matter.

Last time I checked Scotland didn't have a border with Wales  Unless there's been a recent annexation of Cumbria, Lancashire and Merseyside.

Others have said it, but agreed - none of those places listed are in the north west, not even the north west of England, despite what the Mancs and Scallies want to think.

A Cumbrian.
