WTD: Salsa El Mariachi/Kona Unit/Cotic Simple -Large

Looking for a large single speed 29er frame, steel (or Ti if the right price) in large.
Preferably a 44mm headtube.
Other alternatives considered, looking to replace a Medium El Mariachi.
