FS: 18" slot dropout inbred frame + carbon fork

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

Right then, this is still built up at present but if I'm honest it's too big for me, so it's coming apart. I bought the frame and On One carbon forks secondhand about 18 months ago. Had the frame blasted and powder coated black. There's a few superficial marks to the frame but nothing serious and the forks are in good condition, I'll also throw in the FSA headset that's fitted.

Looking for £100 plus a tenner towards postage.

I might be interested in the fork if the steerer is long enough and someone else just wants the frame.

I'll try and rid it as a pair first but I'll measure the steerer in the morning ... I know it's not massive.

dude - this is not the first time I've said this to you on this forum but.....I'll take it!

(if it's still for sale that is)

I've been thinking about getting a carbon fork (to run on the 69er) and i could keep the frame as a spare for the next time I snap one and so this seems like a sensible purchase.

there'd be no need to post to France either as it can be sent to a friends house in the UK and I'll pick it up next time I'm back.

is it still available???

Gairy, I'll post you up a pic in the morning (it'll still be built up mind). Where you want it sending is up to you ... I'll find out what it'll cost to get it straight to you, might make the choice easier ;)

Not the best picture, sorry. The rains coming sideways at the moment so I've used a pic I already had ;)

The good news is Parcel Force have quoted £20 for delivery directly to yours. I can get it stripped/boxed this evening.

brilliant - sounds like a plan!

i'll dig out your email address and get 120 squids sent via paypal straight away.

i'll get back to you shortly regarding the delivery address as sometimes we get stuff sent to the local supermarket instead of here. it's easier than going to meet the postie early in the morning for large parcels as the track to our house is so bad (good in my opinion) that you need a 4x4 to get here!

cheers, gairy.

Top job Gairy ... I'll get it sorted.

You're right about the RAB Infinity jackets ... very snug, although it's been said that I look like a walking hot water cylinder ;)
