FS: Titanium Road Bike 52cm (Medium) - NOW SOLD

Post by Dave Barter »

I am reluctantly selling my trusty Van Nicholas Mistral road bike that has been a faithful servant for over 10 years.

I bought this as a frame from Van Nicholas and built it up myself over the years. The bike is sold with the following:-

- 52cm Mistral titanium frame (medium suit rider 5'7" to 5'10") de-badged, has usual scuffs and scratches but no dents and never been crashed
- Campagnolo Zonda wheels with less than 500 miles on them, in great condition
- Campagnolo 11 speed Athena group-set bought recently and in great condition. Chain wear at 0.5 so chain will need replacing soon.
- Thompson Elite seatpost and stem
- Deda bars
- 23mm Continental GP 4000s tyres with plenty of tread left
- A Sella Italia super light saddle that I've had for 10 years and is showing serious signs of wear..but keeps going!
- Easton EC70 carbon forks, great condition
- Hope headset
- Very dodgy handlebar tape job which needs redoing properly

I want £750 for the whole package. Not interested in splitting as it all has to go. The frame alone is probably worth this.

I can post it, or meet up in the south Devon area. Post will be at cost using Paisley freight and dependent on me getting a bike box or you paying for their full service.

Oof, much cheapness. Dave I flogged my Euros with less good bits for £750 last year on Gumtree - just about had my hand bitten off!

Hi Dave. By the looks of it there are no rack mounts.. can the bike take guards? Thanks

Someone had better bite quick then ;-)
Wheels and groups would fetch that. It is a serious bargain

Hi Dave,

Did this go in the end or have you still got it?
