WTD: Parts for 26" Pack Rat Commuter Build

Hi All,

I'm building a Surly Pack Rat as a commuter and weekend railtrail/towpath bike for my sister.

I'm after a set of resonable 26" rim brake wheels, drive train and v or canti brakes. Anything considered.

It might also be easier to find a suitable doner bike and do a frame switch......

Does anyone have anything gathering dust?

I've probably got an old LX triple and cranks kicking about, the ones with an non replaceable big ring. I've probably got the V's that went with it too, they're not that great tho?

I'm planning to empty to lockup back J to the new garage at the weekend so I'll see if i can find them for you if you'd like?

3x9 Trigger shifters to go with the SLX triple from Andy
Set of V Brakes
