Wanted: Small Hardtail - preferably 29er

am looking for a hardtail to replace my wife's hybrid - small (15/16) inch - preferably 29er so maybe a small inbred, solaris or similar.
Complete bike would be good but happy to build up a frame - budget up to @£600 for a bike, maybe £150 for a frame

I have a Genesis Altitude, size small that I need to get out of the garage. It is a 26" though.

I gave a giant atx hardtail in Fluoro orange in small you can have for £85 plus a bit of postage
