After a 29 rear wheel ideally 30mm+ wide, Non-boost, preferably QR or 142x12 (or easily convertible from 142 to QR), shimano freehub.
Current wheel is fine but a bit chunky (xt756 rear hub) and rim is painted, so after something a bit lighter and fairly good shape. Not at all urgent, just keen to keep an eye out.

Re: WTD: wide 29er rear wheel
Now I'm in a dilemma I keep debating a front 29plus wheel to go with my spare rear from when I sold my Jones
I'm not certain I want to get shut of it or what it's worth tbh but it's a relatively little used hope pro 2 qr on easton arc45 , with a 2.3 tubeless something or other on it in the shed
I'll have a think and you can have a think if it would be of any use
I still have that 29plus front itch though lol

Sounds interesting - but to help you scratch that itch, i'd probably prefer 30-35mm, 40mm max i think so nice as it sounds, I think you better get a front wheel!
