FS: Stooge Ti Fatbike | XTR | DT Swiss | Middleburn

Post by Ian »

I might regret selling this, but here goes:

One of a kind Stooge Ti Fatbike. One of only three made, and the only one with a single toptube. Fantastic geometry, great fun on trail and snow alike. Spec as follows:

Stooge Ti Fat - one size, comparable with any other Stooge frame and fits me to a tee at 5' 9". No dings or dents, and I've gone over it to buff out any marks from bikepacking luggage.
Bontrager Haru full carbon fork, 15mm thru axle.
Hope headset
XTR brakes + IceTech 180/160mm rotors
XTR Shifter & rear mech, 10sp
Middleburn crankset, Wolftooth oval 32t outer and 28t inner (no front mech or shifter, I just kick down with my foot and manually put it back onto the outer at the top of long draggy climbs); Superstar ceramic bearing threaded BB.
DT Swiss BR710 rims laced to DT Swiss 350 front hub and JRA-branded rear; set up tubeless but current set up tubed with Maxxis Mammouths. Pauls Comp QR rear skewer. Rear hub is 170mm, front is 150mm.
USE seatpost, Charge saddle
Thomson 70mm stem and either Enve carbon flat bar or alloy Jones Loop (your choice).

£1,600 (would prefer not to split, and certainly not before solid interest in frame, forks and wheels)

Hi Phil,

Rear hub spacing is 170mm (100mm bb shell)
Clearance at chainstay is 120mm, so lots of clearance for 4” tyres.

BB to seat clamp is 460mm
BB to where seat stays and top tube meet seat tube is 335mm.

HTH

Give me a shout if you’d like to swing a leg over it.

That looks mint, I'd bite you hand off if I had the money...

Thanks for that Ian, I'm a 197 back end type so sadly not for me. I nearly had one off of Andy when they first came out but dithered and got the Jones instead.....
