I have been putting this off as long as possible…but with a baby on the way and the associated costs ahead I need to let some of our surlys loose! I am starting with those that get the least use and are therefore in truly great condition. None of them come with pedals and ideally all will be collected / delivered within reason in and around east Anglia. Really reluctant to post but if push comes to shove I will but only by Parcelforce 48 with insurance, as an additional cost. Oh, and all payment by paypal please, fees covered by buyer.
Surly Pugsley – Large, Mega Bling edition.
A large Purple Pugsley, 10 speed deore, many hope upgrades including cranks, bottom bracket, discs, brakes (hope tech 3 levers, X2 calipers), headset, seatclamp, bar ends. Also has Thomson post and stem. Also setup tubeless using surly rimstrips, problem solver p nuts and vittoria tyres. Only drawback is a frayed gear cable. With all the upgrades am After £1100.

Surly Pugsely – Medium, single-speed.
A medium Purple Pugsley, Single-speed. Thomson post and stem upgrade. Was used by the mrs max 10 times, in tip top condition – will lube chain etc as has stood for a while. Looking for £600.

Surly Instigator – Large, 10 speed.
A large golden instigator – this bike is so fun to ride! Stock except for upgraded hope brakes (hope tech levers, M4 calipers, braided cables), raceface stem, and kore torsion bars. I used this for a few trail centre rides and some hilly rides in France, the 26 x 2.75 dirt wizards are vaguely exciting and the fox forks up front smooth out most. Also a very capable climber with the extra grip provided. I think this is the one I will miss the most ☹ Looking for £850.
