I have Spank Wing 12 Vibrocore™ bars fitted to my RAG+. I've been to the end of the High St and back, they felt fine. Can't comment yet about the vibration reduction core stuff yet though. They fit your not a mega flare bit being 12°, not sure about the cheap bit though...

Planet-X have Selcof Sterrato 10° flared bars for £13...
