On-One Fatty £320, large

I've swapped some parts since I took these photos:

Rotors are now mismatched Hope C2/Shimano, shifting is Sram x5, bars are nukeproof warhead, grips are orange silicone foam (knock off ESI's), brakes are SRAM DB5, chainring is a 32t N/W. BB, seatclamp, other anodized trinkets, have been swapped back to the originals or other generic black stuff too. Lights and pedals not included.

Cosmetically..... errrr..... yea, I've ridden it a few miles. See pics. Hence the price.

£360 as is.
£400 with Hope purple QR's
£420 with my bright orange MYOG frame bag.

I'll post it at cost.

Dug it out of the shed and took a load more photos.

Open to sensible offers as I need to clear some space to work on the car in the garage.

Silly question as the answer is probably a 'NO' but... Whats the chances it'd fit my little boy (saves me having to complete his build of the Pinnacle Ramin in too much a rush and risk putting substandard parts on). He's average height for a 14 year old (think he's bout 5ft8 at least but will measure him up tonight)...

Where abouts is collection from and whats an offer that might be too insulting (so can figure out with the missus what we 'cans' afford but not be insulting... ta

It's a large, but the standover is equivelent to about a 15" frame as they were all the same just the reach, headtube and seatube changed. I reckon you could stick a really stubby 35mm stem on there and probably have some growing room. I think off the top of my head the reach is 450mm?

Only thing you wouldn't be able to do is fit a dropper post. I'm 6ft and could get a 150mm post in there, so you might get a 100mm dropper in but it would be close.

Having said that me nephew seemed to go from an average 13-14yr old t to 6ft3 overnight so depends if he's due a growth spurt or not!

I'm based in Reading.

Offers? It's the cheapest one I've ever seen advertised, but at the same time 95% of them look like they've never been ridden, whereas this one certainly does!

n.b. the spec's changed since the original pics, but the description is accurate (x5 gears, OEM stuff not hope, avid brakes not XT etc)

I reckon you'll regret selling her, mate. From the look of it, you've got some memories between you. I bought mine ten years ago now, I think. Must have been 15-20 bikes through the stable since then and for a good while during my divorce proceedings it was the only thing with wheels in my house. I'm taking mine to the grave.

I've got a Fatty Trail Frame and some Chinese forks ready to go, this one has to go because there physically isn't room in the bike rack to squeeze a second set of fat tyres in 🤣 and I need to move the new frameset out of the car garage!

Only the ones going on the new frame I'm afraid.

Can you collect it? I'd post it but I suspect that may be a world of hassle trying to find a box big enough and a courier that will take it!

Sorted... PM incoming. Yup I can indeed collect. Would you give it all a quick once over to ensure there's nothing that needs doing to get it rolling/riding/trailriding :-bd
