FS: Charge Cooker singlepseed

Post by Thisisnotaspoon »

No idea if images from facebook of it's last trip to Scotland will work.....

Charge cooker SS, circa 2014

Bare bike, so ignore the bags, bottle cages, luggage etc. If it can be unbolted and the bike still work, I'm keeping it. The cage under the downtube is on a removable mount, there's not bosses there.

Original and older bits:
Charge cartridge bearing hubs and finishing kit, WTB i23 rims, ~2yr old deore brakes, ESI grips.

Recent-ish upgrades:
New rear hub bearings
New drive chain (33-20, on-one stainless ring and groove armada sprocket, but if you don't mind some wear I can swap that for something higher if you like).
Replaced cranks with GXP about a year ago.
May or may not have a new BB, managed to prang it in an unplanned dismount* and need to check on it.

Will include the 2.2 race kings and probably some 2.3 WTB Bronson if I can find the pair.

£180 O.N.O.

Selling because despite coming back from SSUK with the intention of turning it into a 650b+ (someone even had a 29x3" in the same frame!) common sense says I don't need SS variations of every one of my bikes!

*i somehow got across a slab of slate and it got pushed between crank and BB!

Its a large.

I'll try and get some pics of it without the bags later. Theres somr heel rub and scuffs but its a good colour for hiding battle wounds!

Dug it back out of the shed to take some pics of the various scuffs and rubs. There is the shallowest of dinks in the top tube somewhere but I couldn't find it.

Open to sensible offers as I need to clear some space so I can work on the car.

N.B. the white wheels are staying for my gravel bike unless someone makes me an offer I can't refuse*. Stans Arch rims on A2Z hubs, weigh 1800g. The OEM ones just had new bearings in the rear and the front is still nice and smooth.

*that'd be just about any offer, I have too many wheelsets.
