Not got any of these sadly, but you can use easier to get hold of Spyres with flatbar levers like BL-R780 Ultegra levers, which are £20 from CRC (and can be set to mountain or road pull rates). I use them on one bike and they are good. Whichever option you go for dont use Shimano outers. Use Jagwire or Gussett compressionless - that and better pads makes a huge difference.

Thanks for that I will look up the levers.
Not 100% sold on Jagwire. Used inners and outers to recable my Fargo and always felt a bit spongy.
Never had that feeling with Shimano plus if I buy the kits I get all the ferrules and boots unlike my lbs who price Jagwire by the mm.

Yeah I only posted as last night swapped out the Shimano outers for compressionless outers on my Spyre flatbar set up and the difference was night and day in brake sharpness. The compressionless outers have the linear wire strands like a gear outer as opposed to the coiled wire on a Shimano. Think I got the Jagwire kit from R2.de. Not cheap at £20-30 for 10 metres but well worth it. Gusset are good as well though.

+1 for the compression-less outers from jagwire - they were recommended for use with my Spyres and I was pleasantly surprised by how non-spongy the braking is. I also bought them as part of a complete kit - £30 or thereabouts.
