Travers Prong 29er/650b Boost rigid forks

Post by redefined_cycles »

Still in 2 minds whether i should sell em or not but someone might be able to convince me.

IF I did get convinced it'd be £225 posted...

Their the ones with the 3 holes on each leg to take cages. Some dimples in the steerer but Travis/Travers* explained that 'this wasn't a problem as it was only a cosmetic layer and the forks/steerer is overbuilt anyway'....

I only just realised I've been calling him (Mr) Travis instead of Travers all this time :o

Steerer probably gonna be the limiting factor and reason they'll end up on my manCave wall...

Its 190mm max (but more than probably 185mm)...

Thanks Al... I went to sleep convinced but now 12 hours or so after my last message I'm wavering slightly again (due to the thought/reading that the X Fusions HLR Sweeps might just not be as robust as I'd like to hope) as I reckon some wages will come in my bank today...

Will see how I feel after getting home this eve and will PM ya  sorry for wavering

Just a little update that these are still up for grabs... Escape Goat not in a position to buy at present. ... if anyone saw the scrape I made with the knife: dont let it put you off. You can't cut through carbon with a knife anyway and its only superficisl (although the carbon is showing) and can be covered with some decent black nail varnish...
