2x10 drivetrain for cross bike

Post by Mark E »

I have for sale the following taken off my crosslight.

1. A pair of 2x10 tiagra sti units
2. A tiagra front mech
3. A 9 speed XT rear mech and roadlink
4. A 10 speed sunrace wide range cassette (think its 11-42) for a shimano freehub.
5. A pair of 175mm tiagra cranks with 36/46 chainrings.

It worked well and am only getting rid as I have found a pair of rival hydraulic levers so I can switch out the bb7 road brakes I was running with the above (also for sale if anyone wants a set of calipers).
Thinking £65 posted for the lot above.
Cheers
Mark

Does it look like it should take a new chain? And are the cranks external cup or square taper type please?

Hi Paul, I’mconfident it will take a new chain and the cranks are for external cups. If you are close to Sheffield, you are welcome to come and have a look if potentially interested?
