Sarn Helen Trail - 23-28th July

I am looking to bikepack the Sarn Helen trail (north to south Wales, mainly off road) as prep for a 2012 0r 2013 TourDivide attempt.

All my regular riding buddies have backed out or come up with lame "riding in the alps all that week" excuses so I am wondering if there is a fellow bikepacker/s out there who fancies tackling the route?

I plan to take it at a reasonable pace as I have a wedding to go to on the 29th so finish on the 28th AM latest so I can get back. So 50-75miles a day is the target.

Would you like to share your route details on here? I've sketched out something similar from the top of the Great Orme to the end of the Gower - would be interesting to see how they compare.
