One Kestrel lager and a few cans of food so the basis of a party
Only a Welshman would think this is the basis for a party!
Sorry I can't make it family visiting from Northampton
Sounds like a good reason to go :|

Aye, lovely time had by all. I have new memories to cherish ... the worlds loudest sleeping man, the UKs wettest bridleway - just two of the things I'll remember for a long time ;)

The new 'snug' is very nice ... here's flatfishy deep in meditation while deep in the snug, it's just a shame you aren't able to hear the 'uuumm' chanting that went along with it.

I knew curiosity would get the better of you in the end ;)

It was just an upside down empty tin. Possibly once containing tea bags as the other one contained sugar.

Turns out Dan broke his hand during his comedy fall/squeal on the way to the bothy.

Off to the hospital today for a cast after being told a week after X-rays, that it knacked.

If you told me he'd some how damaged his lungs, nose or even possibly his arse, I'd have believed you ;)

The amount of noise he made after the crash, my instant reaction was that he'd broken something

I imagine he's quite embarrassed to have broken something on such an tame bit of ground?

Give him my best and I hope he has a speedy recovery.

Just be careful what the doctor says about recovery.

When I broke my hand I asked the doctor if I'd be able to play the piano once it had healed. He confidently told me I would. I was surprised and pleased because I couldn't play the piano beforehand. Anyway turns out the doctor didn't know what he was talking about. Still can't play it

:D

'Tis true about not knowing you knackered yourself ... it was two months before I discovered I'd broken my neck :?
