I am back. Top weekend of dire weather, shivering in pubs and horse disturbed sleep. I won’t say anything about Sean pulling the landlord of The Plume of Feathers as he will probably get in trouble at home. Fair play to Andy and Sean who are doing an extra night out. Last night was brutal on the moor. I got home with 100 miles on the clock.

I ended up having to drive from one end of the bay to the other and back last night at the peak of the horrendous weather.

I have to admit that I am glad I wasn't out on the moors on my bike in that. I would not have been a happy camper, and as i ride for enjoyment amongst other reasons, that would not have worked for me...

I take my hat off to you more committed chaps in unfettered admiration.

I got back just before 2pm.
Following Sean and Andy on SPOT shows them around Illminster just now - way short of Blandford and Andy’s car and it’s p1ssing down again.
I left them at Princetown - for some reason they decided to go via the ridiculously steep Dartmeet road climb - forza! You pair of mental cases :-bd
Nice to meet everyone. Apologies for acting like an anchor on Saturday - looks like I need to to do a lot more riding to get back in full shape.
If you are going through hell, keep going.
