East coast RTTS
As I can't make it to the official RTTS I'm planning to ride from Hull to spurn point on night of June 21st. Should hit a pub or 2 on the way find a nice spot on the spit and bike back after sunrise. It'll be a very flat but mostly off road route.
All welcome!

Re: East coast RTTS
Can’t make the Wales RTTS, so was considering something similar but more North Yorkshire.
Start at Pickering Friday night after pub, following NYMR and behind RAF Fylingdales, across NY Moors to either Whitby or Robins Hood Bay for daybreak. After normal seaside fayer set of and doss somewhere on or just off Cinder Track. Next day back to Pickering via Dalby Forest.
If you fancy driving a bit West then could be an alternative?
See what you reckon.
Adam.

Thanks Adam that's tempting!
Will see how it goes but I'm planning to ride from my door and back again which means I'll be back earlyish on the Saturday and be able to do family stuff.
Andy.

Re: East coast RTTS
Train would make a this too expensive for me and it's a long drive for a short ride.windjammer wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2019 10:50 pm i live 15mins from cottingham train station so was going to get the train to scarborough

Yep especially compared to petrol or peddaling, and there's two of us.
I like riding out from the house anyway.
