Good read that Lars, even thought I knew the ending :smile: it's the first time I've been in someone's report which is nice but also strange to see when I'm used to reading about other peoples exploits.

It was the first time I'd met you but I could tell that you were not on normal form, but you were polite enough to keep me company whilst I ate my lunch on Monday. I cant believe it was a week ago that we were sat in the Albion dot watching!

i liked the following
1) his emphasis on the word TEN when describing riding for TEN HOURS
2) he thinks all MTB are vaguely exciting for our skills [ scars and trips to casualty suggest not for me]
Still a good old ride he knocked off and he certainly enjoyed it and it does give a good feel to what it is all about - pointless suffering in the name of fun
