Aye rich, I’m in this part of London for another two weeks so I’ll just ride the south bank and double bag them :-bd

Who would do such an underhand thing  Anyone who looks at my velowiewer will see I didn't have my garmin on when on the Sandbanks, Muddyford, Hythe, Hamble,Gosport, Lymington, Cowes or Portsmouth ferries.... oh hang on

Luckily I’ve looked at the map thing and I only gained two squares on the isle of dogs, south of the river avoided :-bd

Some filthy lanes this morning means I've finally dragged my 29x29 max square North out of the Isle of Purbeck and up to 30x30 for the first increase in about 14 months. More to come this winter.

There is. Join it on Strava then you can view it through the VVE leaderboard drop-down menu

What's the BB Strava club called? What I thought were the obvious candidates turned up nothing.

Took me a while to find it too.
It's "bear bones bikepacking" click on the cycling tab and it's there a way down.

Got my 2018 score up to 10x10 so happy with that although I may get chance to extend further tomorrow depending on where group goes. A lot of work required to improve my lifetime score, about six fairly long rides so maybe something for the winter.

Well in Andy. I hit 14x14 last night. A 45km ride around Peover tomorrow (work allowing) will take me to 16x16. Think 20x20 is only 3 rides away after that...

14x14 for 2018 achieved in my last ride. Only got a couple of rides left this year so might aim for 16x16.

Filled in one missing tile (which was awkward to get to, due to proximity to a busy dual carriageway), to jump from 6x6 to 8x8.

Got some more rides planned over the Xmas break - I can see this becoming quite addictive :)

New to veloviewer this year. Have reached 6 x 6. Only a couple of tiles away from 7 x 7. We collect tiles cycling, hillwalking, running and orienteering. Good fun.

Made it up from 7 overlapping 14x14 squares to 3 times 15x15 today. It's mostly road work to expand the square at the moment so it depends if I've been feeling like it. I think 16 shouldn't take much more effort, although one of them is still in the middle of Crawley, then it gets much harder again.

In that area the done thing is to attach your GPS to a drone to get to the places you can’t normally reach, so I’m told...

If ferries are ok I might take the train!

I've done pretty much all the squares that can be got by 'skimming' the edge of town so at some point I'm just going to have to get up really early and do a lap

Well, even though you're a bit ahead of me on the max grid size, I do have all of Crawley town centre covered (doing this also pushes up your average speed, somewhat, as you have to sprint to outrun the chavs)
