The bloke in red brought me a lovely new automatic welding mask, membership of the Hare preservation society and an oil painting of my favourite place on earth, Plynlimon.

I must have been pretty good. Bell pro star aero road helmet ( gave Santy the link for one at 60%off ) , new gloves, rear mudguard for the 29er, love mud head set bottle cage thing, alp kit t-shirt and some hiking waterproof trousers.Few other little non-bike bits too.

Also bought a 30m extension cable and WiFi extender for electrics and WiFi in the turbo dungeon shed with pennies off my Mummy :-bd

Have you been good boys and girls then ??

Happy Christmas

Other than what I bought myself AND wrapped myself I got a copy of MBR from my daughter.
You'd think after spending £18k on a car for the wife, she would have bought me some undies!☹️

A lovely Alpkit framebag for my Inbred 29er, which I have decided isn't as bad as all that, a new multi-tool to replace the one I lost and then found two days after the replacement arrived. And a nice new fleece.
I'm just going outside ...

I got a nice wooden beard comb*, a "Shut Up Legs" t-shirt, a DVD and a Scaletrix car. Absolutely no bike or Bivvy gear **

* I might need to grow a longer beard to get the best out of it

** not like I'm short in that department anyway.

I got a pair of nice headphones, a bottle of Laphroaig, a sushi recipe book, a t-shirt which sounds a lot like Alasdair's and a 40t narrow-wide chainring for the kaffenback.

All good really, and the kids were hugely excited to see the remains of the snacks/whisky they had left out the night before..... And then got even more excited when they saw what they'd got!

Santa brought me the flu and as we have the in-laws staying the wife and I are sleeping in the living room. Good job I have a winter (-4°) sleeping bag and a summer (8°) bag because my body is alternating betwwen freezing and boiling.
