route planning for europe...like bikehike?
is there anything like bikehike for europe? where you can add route markers as you plot.

I use openmtb maps in Basecamp, you need to pay 20 Euros for the maps though.

OsmAnd+ for Android. Openstreetmaps of any area and any country. Highly detailed maps with POI, route planning, directions, countour lines, terrain etc.
Also www.bikemap.net has a route planner desktop version using Openstreetmaps. I used both of the above in France recently and they worked flawlessly. All the bridleways, footpaths, fire roads etc are marked on. Visually different to Ordnance Survey but once you know what all the lines mean from reading the key, it's just as good especially for foreign countries.
