Oooooooooooh .... Ive got one of their hammock quilts, but always wondered whether the Comforter might not have been a better option, as it's clearly more versatile. Be interested to hear thoughts on it after a few uses.

Not the postman, but collected from Tweeks Cycles which is just up the road from home.

A replacement for this:-

3 OS maps covering middle and southern snowdonia (already have north) and lake vyrnwy

Ready for the week we have booked in snowdonia. Hoping it’s snowy so I can get the crampons and ice axe out!

You had to sign up for it back in July https://www.bikepacking.com/join/, thought I'd give it a go. There was a thread about it at the time.

Montane lite speed jacket. Had one before but sold it as too large, this is the right size. Great piece of kit
Montane prism gloves, toasty warm
Under Armour base layer, batman style. Kids are impressed with it

Might be more use for walking than biking though, which I've done more of this year

...and dropped off some De Marchi shorts from Sports Pursuit...which turn out to be Trek shorts made by De Marchi. Nice of them to send me XL bibs when I ordered L shorts too. *sigh* Postie will be getting this lot back tomorrow. Normally SP are pretty good...just not this time.

That would be superman style. Batman has a cape and a bat belt (and a pretty special mask)

[This one has comedy bat symbol and some other bits on, good for those not taking themselves too seriously or those amusing children]

Postie brought an alpkit cloudbase matt.
Odd Matt. But seems comfy in the living room test. Small enough and light enough.

And delivered a new sinewave beacon, FOC. It was put in the post the same day following a short email exchange with Dave Dean at sinewave. No asking for the old unit back, no asking for long lost receipts.

Three cheers for great customer service :-bd
