After making use of the bargain price of £70 (reduced from £150), I'm now the owner of a new helmet, the POC Trabec Race courtesy of Tweeks at the w/e.
And its black & white to match the Salsa :-bd

Some new flat pedals turned up, but they're for under the xmas tree so I can't look at them

Also a fancy cordless hoover, but that's not very bear bones!

A pair of 26 by 1 1/4" tyres in the now virtually obsolete ERTRO 597mm size.
And a pair a brake cables that are substantially older than I am.

A couple of pairs of Look Keo cleats (for the shoes for the road bike), a couple of DMR hinged clamps so that I can reposition my water bottle mount point and some High5 zero cal water flavouring

Was actually friday, but my Etrex 30x has arrived. Handlebar mount for the mob should arrive next week sometime, and i'll wait a couple of weeks before getting one for the roadie to make sure I get on with it ok.

Should save me stopping to look at the map quite so often!

Bloody hell that took its time. Other stuff that was posted at the same time landed last Friday ... but at least it's turned up.
