I picked up a bumbag form Decathlon that holds 10L plus two water bottles. The plan is for me to wear it on our tandem, with food and drink to hand for Tom to administer.

Postman didn't bring it but today's new arrival. So looking forward to being able to chuck a bike in it without faffing around with a rack!

Not here yet, still waiting on the rims and more photos.
But here's my new frame being used in the photos

It should be here by the time Greg comes back for the states and his vomiting gnome (whatever it is) can say hello to it built up with the Lauf Grit (30mm) forks

Not a delivery as such, more the culmination of a number of deliveries spread over the last few weeks. I appreciate that it won't be to everyone's liking but initial tests would indicate it rides very well ... yes, it has got 26" wheels and downtube shifters. Might be the ideal thing for Turino - Nice.

I'll see your 26" wheels and downtube shifters and raise you with 26" wheels and bar end shifters...

although now with Compass tyres (recently delivered to keep this vaguely on topic)
Not so much a gravel grinder.... more a gravel (mud and tarmac) groveller...

I should perhaps point out that it's 9 speed with a triple up front and sports a square taper BB ... I think it'll be unrideable

Meet my new "Round the Block" bike.

Schwinn Woodlands c.1992, bought for £30. I'm rather pleased with it. It rides nice and the gears are silky smooth. It replaces my previous RTB, a yellow Raleigh Max (£25 off Ebay)
