Wheel off smart trainer and a mat to go under it for my wife, who wants to use Zwift to get back in shape. Oval 32t ring for me.
Not postal, but picked up an XS women's giant carbon disk road frameset to build up for her to use on said trainer.

You're joking.... how do you do it JC?  .

The seat harness is very light in LS21 isn't it. You kicking your Acepac gear into touch now you have a lighter racier new squeeze?
I've only won twice in 11 years of WRT's........

No, the Acepack is for normal and fat bike adventures, the new Wildcat gear is for super lightweight trips

Rockgeist Gondola large dropper-friendly seatpack.

Took about ten days to arrive. Not had a chance to ride with it yet but quality seems good and it’s swallowed a Neoair X-lite mat and inflation bag, a hammock, a silk bag liner and a lightweight bivy bag without any trouble and is super stable.

Was a pick up rather than a drop off, but I picked up a new bike

Picked up a 2020 Orbea Oiz, hoping to give it a spin tonight

Have been after a full sus for a little while and wanted something more at the XC end than the enduro end of the spectrum. Not sure how much bikepacking I'll do on it but will be good for all the local trails.

Nice one! I was looking for one myself, but ended up buying an Occam from Macskive of this parish. I'm yet to load it up but have been well happy with the way it rides on all sorts of stuff: local built trails, big Lakes natural stuff, trail centres. Sure the Oiz will be equally impressive.

Postie brought me a pair of Pearl Izumi X-Alp Summits as recommended on another thread. Fit seems good with a few different thicknesses of sock (I sized up one euro size from usual). One downside is the blue bits match the blue bits on my Occam, so I'm going to look like a right nerd :|

The postman has been with some Dartmoor mud courtesy of Shaf and in a seemingly endless search for the right pillow a Klymit Kush from Landslide

. Thanks to you both .

Bit of a bumper couple of days:
Hunt carbon road wheels from a bloke in Nuneaton - 2nd hand but as new
pair of Schwalbe One's for these wheels, plus sealant
a pair of Continental 5000s or something for the winter bike after seeing how perished the old ones were

and the piece de resistance:

580grams of Terra Nova Pulse 1 tent - haven't put it up yet but it's pack size is tiny and it really is super light. Looking forward to trying this out :-bd

If it’s better than the original then us on dropbars are going to be very happy.
Big thanks to Mr Tim Pie for the loan of a mat and bleed kit, lakes here I come :-bd

A lovely set of Mavic Krysium Pro wheels off of eBay. No spoke holes in the rim bed = easy time with swapping tubeless tyres

Good: Didn't realise they came with a set of brand new tyres on!
Bad: Front centrelock disk rotor is on mega tight. The rear came off fine, but I'm up to using the breaker bar I use on stubborn car wheel nuts and it still isn't shifting! Bit flummoxed.

Put the tool in a vice and use the wheel as the lever. Rotate the wheel with tool fixed

Good plan but I’d sneak up on it a little, soak it in some release agent, give it a little tough love with a few short sharp taps with a hammer (obviously you might want to protect the surfaces) and for good measure a little heat. Then go ape. :-bd

How will climbing up a tree and zooming down a zip line help loosen it?
