Reckon it could be a cracking evening if you're down than neck of the woods.

We can all be virtually there though, some sort of online broadcasting. I think this is the correct link:

Have a look on FB at the 'Inspired To Ride' film page or there website. Other than that hunt around for Eddie Clark who took the pics.

Going out on a limb here and saying I didn't enjoy that. I'm interested in what kit they took, how kit was chosen, what were the highs and lows, how the unerring desire to scratch is overcome, how and why pace changes over these extreme time periods

I'm hoping the Q&A will be more enlightening.

If your not a natural story teller (and i dont think Mike is) then theres only so much you can say about the race.

Now if Matt was there and it was Gruffalo night

A mouse took a ride through a deep dark wood

The mouse saw a trail and the trail looked good.

A Gnome saw the mouse and said this trail looks good.

The mouse looked on a map and said that looks like mud.

Mud! Said the Gnome mud is good, we can push our bikes rather than ride.

Okay said the mouse and then regretted it :-)

I was sat in the front row for this as the Velo Cafe is on my doorstep. Really interesting and enjoyable night and Mat and Ed were inspiring.
From the comments above it seems it wasn't everybody's cuppa tea but being in the room, listening with an ice cold cider in front of me made for a great evening.

Did anyone else from this parish make it down there?
