Have I seen this before the email notification goes out?
If not, for the first time, I haven't had the notification.

Strip of rubber as a starter for all weathers; Raymondo Mears, I think.
If, however, you are a dual use, weight weeny you'd have to think of something else to use it for that it wouldn't matter if you'd burnt it. :)

Nope ... email went out (I think) last Friday, so we've had 2 within a fortnight. You've not changed your email address have you Derek?

I had the 1st November one which I see now was a pre warning for the MLD interview.
Sorry about that. I'll stop panicking now.

Another interesting couple of articles,thanks.

I like wood burners but when you wake up early and want a cup of tea before getting out of the sleeping bag and from under shelter hexy is a low and hot flame without sparks.
Bob at Malvern does a nice collapsible Ti wood stove (not sure that wasn't what you were using?) that doubles (or trebles) as a hexy and/or meths burner support. The best of all worlds :)

Did you have to wait long for a weeks worth of rain?
