Maybe? Possibly? It has a 15kg load capacity.

Cool as in hyperthermic? Or maybe unsupported triathlons. Swim dragging the bike, assemble the bike, cycle, shoulder the bike and run.

For that price, I'd want it to tow me across the lake...

Great idea, though - handy for solo swims, if you don't fancy leaving your possessions on the shore

TBH, there are folk already doing this, just towing a big drybag without need of a raft (see the video link I posted).

I guess the raft might increase the weight limit a bit but you couldn't have a heavy-laden rucksack anyway if you're then going to be carrying a wetsuit on the "dry" bits.

These guys were at The Outdoor Show a few weeks back.

What struck me was the dry bag/raft combo. They were guaranteeing the bag to be 100% waterproof, and I was left thinking 'why not just use the bag?' It is waterproof, floats and they were pointing out the buoyancy would actually assist the rafts buoyancy!

Just get a robust drybag and float with that. I have forded many a Belizean river using a bergen wrapped in a poncho!
