You can buy dedicated 'frame saver' in an aerosol can but I suspect it's waxoyl rebranded and the price put up.
Generic aerosol cavity wax from a motor factors works just as well. Warn the can in hot water to make it flow better. Unlike a land rover chassis you can hold a bike frame so the spray is going downwards into each tube in turn, helps coat the full surface.

Last frame I did was a DMR Trailstar many years ago. All was well until one hot and sunny day, it all dribbled out over my rear disc

I've got a Scott CR1. It's the original 2003, it had a year of race use when I bought it as a frameset in 2004. I put Campag Chorus 10 speed stuff on it and have used it extensively ever since. It's now a 19 year old, 900 gram carbon frameset with an extensive amount of use and I haven't died yet. It's such a nice bike to ride I'll never get rid, it's not worth a lot anyway, I'll use it until I can't ride any more.
