7/1 - 75.4
14/1 - 75.2
21/01 - 75.5
28/01 - 75.5
4/2 - 75.4
12/2 - 75.2

18/2 - 75.4

Bit of an odd week. Mrs S was in for surgery (tumour removal) so I've done less exercise and friends have been dropping off copious supplies of cake, biscuits and chocolate. Frankly, I'm surprised my weight isn't at record levels.

Target - 72kg
8/1 - 77.1kg
14//1 - 76kg
21/1 - 75.8kg
28/1 - 75.1kg.
4/2 - 75kg

Today - 75.2kg. Scales all over the place and had me about 76.5 at one point. That doesn't feel right but I suppose it could be? Finally it seemed to settle at 75.2kg and that does feel right. Put on a little over last couple of week. I suspect next week will be the same as I'm off for a few days so having a few meals out. Birthday is coming up soon so I think it'll take all my will power not to put on the 2kg i have lost.

Thanks.
I’ve discovered I can do more or less what I want (within reason) 4 days a week as long as I have 3 partial fasting days if 800-1000 cal and continue exercising.
Winner!

What do your 'partial fasting days' look like?

I've been messing about with the whole 18:6 ratio malarkey but not seen any results yet.

Nothing fancy.
I choose the 3 days I’m at work. Keeping busy stops me wanting to graze and I often find it difficult to take proper breaks anyway.
I’ve extended my commute up around a30km round trip and am active for 12.5hours whilst at work.
As far as eating goes all I do is have a breakfast, lunch and diner of around 250-300kcal each and a handful of nuts when I get home at 21:00. I only drink water or tea (matcha green at work, standard English at home) and if I’m too hungry at work I’ll have a single rice cake.
That’s it really. As it’s only three days a week it’s not to grim. Coupled with normal eating with portion control at home this is working out well.
I like the normal eating at home for a few reasons not least being I am the father of two girls and am essentially at a perfectly healthy weight as it is. I don’t want to set a potentially unhealthy ball in motion for them.
If you are going through hell, keep going.
