he was lean a fook though. I think he was at WRT 18 too, even leaner.
That'll be him. He also sometimes has a strange psycho glint in his eyes.

Not arsed this week or rather the weighing window was missed this morning. However. I've been doing all my shoulder recuperation exercises and indoor rower so even if I ain't lighter I'm active. It'll do

Target - 72kg
8/1 - 77.1kg
14//1 - 76kg
21/1 - 75.8kg
28/1 - 75.1kg.

Today 75kg. Hmmm...not much change from last week. Scales just wouldn't budge no matter how much I wished it.

Well thanks. You seem to be going well yourself.
I’m not sure it’s discipline I have rather than an obsessive personality disorder

yourguitarhero wrote: Thu Jan 06, 2022 9:24 am Aye, after a few weeks (well, months) of stress at work and home and taking my eye off the ball nutrition-wise, I'm up 5kg to 85.4kg in Week 1 of January.

80kg is a good weight for me (5'11" and do weightlifting) but 77kg would be betterer. Time to get the fitness watch back on and tracking things in MyFitnessPal!
Am also cutting out the booze for January which should assist.
Down to 79.9kg (BMI of 24.6) for the end of week 1 of February, so that's 5.5kg down (6.4% of my mass) and 3kg to go.

Am also still increasing the weight I can lift each gym session too which is surprising.

Key for me seems to be using a Garmin watch linked to My Fitness Pal and going out in the dark for a 3 mile walk every morning at 5am

Went out for my first 'run' in years last night and managed a slow 2 miles in 24mins without stopping once ... I'd like to see some movement in weight though

28-01-22 - 120.6kg
04-02-22 - 118.9kg
11-02-22 - 119.2kg

Target = 95kg (eventually)

To be fair visiting the loo or not drinking a pint of water would've meant an equal or lower entry this morning so..... :-bd

Just keeping on keeping on for now.

Exercise is (intentionally and frustratingly slowly) beginning again, no booze for a month and a half now, meals are sensibly carb'd and snacking is within the realms of normal sane human behaviour for the most part (still the area needing most work).

01.01.22 - 86.7kg

04.02.22 - 80.9kg
11.02.22 - 80.2kg

Slower than average week but that was to be expected.
Had a very busy 4 day weekend of DIY and ate like a horse.
Still managed my 3 reduced calorie days,100km cycling and a run so there was no damage done.
It will be good to burst the 80kg mark this week.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

After a much better week of exercise, including jogging 3 times, a 2 , 5 & 3 miler ( first time in a few years) and cycling 67 miles , I’ve had some decent movement in weight 😎

1/1/22 - 96kg
8/1/22 - 93.44kg
15/1/22 - 92.07kg
22/1/22 - 92.07kg
29/1/22 - 92.07kg
5/2/22 - 91.85kg
12/2/22 - 90.5kg or 14st 3.5lb

I’m now in the middle of my desired weight of 14 st 2 to 14st 5lb

Off out for my first ever ParkRun in half an hour 😳🏃🏼‍♂️

7/1 - 75.4
14/1 - 75.2
21/01 - 75.5
28/01 - 75.5
4/2 - 75.4

12/2 - 75.2

Bit of an exercise in consistency here. I'm blaming lack of movement on the weather. I'm hoping to get some running in, as that seems to shift the weight best, but it has been too icy this past week.

No weigh-in for me this week. Forgot to do it Friday morning. Did check Saturday morning (same as last week) but that was after a meal out and many beers on Friday night.

Probably need to focus a little. I'd like to get to target weight in March and the rate I'm losing it over the last few weeks means it might take longer.

I guess 2kg (4.5lb) so far is better than nothing, but I really must do better

Around 11 hours between cycling and walking in the last week, so it's not inactivity that's the issue eh?

04.02.22 - 80.9kg
11.02.22 - 80.2kg
18.02.22 - 79.7kg

Sometimes I think just the act of weighing myself weekly causes weight loss.
Only one calorie reduced day this week and a couple of splurges during yet more decorating last weekend. No snacking and no sugar though - and a good amount of exercise - may have kept me on track.
A bit more discipline and I could hit target by the end of March.
If you are going through hell, keep going.
