8/1 - 77.1kg
14//1 - 76kg

Today 75.8kg. Small drop was expected this week as a few dinners were bigger and gummies I got Xmas were getting picked at. We're playing the long game though, so no biggy.

Target = 75kg

02/01/22 = 89.9kg
07/01/22 = 90.5kg
14/01/22 = 88.8kg
21/01/22 = 88.3kg

Weight loss is slower than I'd hoped, but I'm assuming that is due to me lifting weights and spending time in the gym.

01.01.22 - 86.7kg
07.01.22 - 85.5kg
14.01.22 - 84.9kg
21.01.22 - 83.1kg

I expect that this weeks loss is over inflated weighing after a ride. Will weigh again tomorrow and see.
Very active week with two good rides and a run. Spent a day moving my pigs and their ark as well which was equivalent to whole day lifting weights I reckon
If you are going through hell, keep going.

15/01/22 93.9kg

Was going fine until some very rare work-based stress arrived, then the biscuits came out. That's the area for improvement for sure.

We are on surprisingly similar weights and trajectories ( other than the fact that you're doing a bit better than me!).

It's good to have a benchmark!

13 hours of activity between hiking , biking and swimming this week. It would appear less food is required

Tempted to go keto and IF again to get over this hump.

Am I too late to rejoin ? A few weeks late but a crap year with little bike activities
Will have taken its toll, our scales are broke but got new ones being delivered today
So will add a new starter point. Still eating Christmas goodies though (not much left)
Still trying to eat dirty keto most of the time apart from that

Edit……119.3 kg….

Oops, 200g’s in the wrong direction. It’s been my daughters birthday this week and there’s been an abundance of chocolate in the house. Hopefully back on track next week.

Had a less than ideal start to the year, I am amazed it is only a slight increase, fingers crossed I can make some progress now.

I'm not fat fighting (not even the victory edition) but I thought this might be useful to someone ... late last summer, I noticed that my T shirts were feeling a little tight. After realising that they hadn't all shrunk, I popped myself on the scales which revealed the true problem - all 77kg of it. Since then, I've cut right back on the food group healthcare professionals call 'sh1te' which includes bread, biscuits, pasta, chocolate and such (as a non-drinker I perhaps have a head-start too). Exercise has remained fairly static with walking accounting for the majority ... I do walk quite a lot.

The result is a reduction of a little over 7kg, so I suppose what I'm saying is - just keep at it. You're not on a diet, you're changing your lifestyle longterm and it takes time.
May the bridges you burn light your way

So you're saying the carbonara and garlic bread we've just had for tea is not ideal? :???:

Yeh that's right the low carb restart is yet to commence

Week three 80.0 kg still working off the cheese and crackers from the weekend
Week four 79kg. Now just another 4 (but should be 5 or 6 really) kgs to go. 😃
Week five 80.2kg 🙄Think the two cream teas didn't help, I don't think it was exercising more that did it 😂. Not much else to say but no more clotted cream and scones with Paul and Martin.

(25-12-21 - 125.1kg)
01-01-22 - 121.2kg
07-01-22 - 122.2kg
15-01-22 - 121.8kg
21-01-22 - 122kg
28-01-22 - 120.6kg

Target = 95kg (eventually)

Can't complain about that result. Reasonable week. No booze, meals were good. Still too much snacking on unhealthy crap between meals. No exercise worth noting as too much work to finish before Monday's surgery.

Exercise continues to be good but intake was a little hit and miss. 2x1200cal days may have helped.

No weight loss, but I have been exercising, more walking for certain, had a few knee issues this week, I am looking at intermittent fasting, doing my research.
