Can you spare a fiver?

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

Some of you will perhaps know that for some reason or other that no one can quite figure out, many of the on-line payments made to the Glyndwrs Way cafe during the BB200 haven't gone through. Obviously, this leaves them short of funds and potentially out of pocket, which could in turn effect whether they can keep on doing what they do.

The cafe is a community affair run by volunteers and they've always gone above and beyond for riders, so I'd like to help get them back on track and that's where you come in.

Can you spare a fiver? If you can (and it's hard to believe that most of us can't) then would you send it as a gift via paypal to Glyndwrswaycafe@outlook.com and maybe just add something like Bear Bones donation or similar. The ladies at the cafe don't know I'm doing this but I think it'd be a really nice gesture and a way of letting them know their efforts are appreciated.

If anyone sending money could just add 'done' to the post, then that'll give us an idea and if need be I'll then make up any shortfall plus some more.

Thank you.
May the bridges you burn light your way

While I paid cash on Saturday, that stop and food proper sorted me out. I'd hate to see them out of pocket for putting on that spread for us.
I've gifted then enough to cover another whole pack.
There are theories at the bottom of my jargon.

If I'd known you were doing that Dave I would have eaten twice as much....
Thanks for doing that - makes my conscience clear that I did a runner (only joking - I did pay cash honest) :-bd
