Shimano GRX brakes to post mount

Post by Chicken Legs »

Looking for the correct adapter to install Shimano GRX brake calipers to post mounts front and rear with 160mm rotors.
Found Cinq adapters which are nearly as expensive as the brake calipers
Is this the cheapest/only way to do it ?

Alternatively and just as expensive, remove and sell the caliper and fit Hope?
