Freestanding, low pack size tent?

Does anyone have knowledge of a small pack size yet fairly roomy tent?,
freestanding preferred, pitch inner first preferred, 2 man or maybe compact 3 man?

It's for touring with my son who's 6, not really TLS style bikepacking.

Depending on budget my recommendation would be something from the MSR Hubba Hubba range.
Not inner pitch first but that’s not an issue as they go up fast.
True free standing design, in that it doesn’t need any pegs to pitch.

Sierra designs suite sweet was what I used ( sub £200 and 1.42kg for three man with two porches/ entrances ) not sure what other models are free standing ...again not outer first
That said you could set up poles then clip in three places to inner then throw outer over ( inner clipped to frame from inside) so about a minute.

That Sierra Designs Suite Sweet looks pretty good. Just 1.5kg for all that space. I've been trying to find somewhere to buy one, not that I want to buy one, just interested in how much it might cost. Any chance of a link to somewhere it's actually available?

I was going to mention the MSR Elixir 2 as an cheaper (ish) option as it's fully free-standing and goes up in moments. Not exactly small pack size, but not too bad, and extremely weather proof, though the floor in mine seeped a bit once when a stream decided to redirect itself under me.

I got mine.from sports pursuit which tens to suggest end of line.
Agree that the one Stu linked to lookw the same from pics of poles with inner only.
I have used it in a storm sideways on to the wind * and it withstood it and we were dry , it did lie flat across us a few times in the winds ( I was surprised it took it without damage tbb)
It also splits well between two as poles are 750.g

Big Agnes Copper Spur or Tiger Wall tents. Not cheap but they are light and pretty generous internally. Both models have bikepacking specific versions which have shorter pole sections for smaller pack size (amongst other bikepacking friendly ‘features’)
