Jaysus I'm Mr Grump tonight but... another Jogle? Where does it all end? Hopping backwards nude with one finger in your ear? In fact I think that's been done?

Still, I'm as bad. I have to keep coming up with hare-brained ideas to stop myself getting jaded.

One finger up your arse would be more impressive...

Gotta say, skateboarding LEGOG for a mental health charity does seem very apt. For anyone who's never skated, I can tell you it's hard work. :-bd

Good luck to the lad :-bd

The old "what charity are you riding for?" question. If I had a pound for each time I get asked that question while I'm out 'bagged up' I could make a sizeable contribution to a charity
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

I had a chat with a few folk a while back about the idea of 'Skatepacking'.

Finding somewhere with long stretches of well surfaced roads and some hills (Majorca was mentioned) and then carrying über light kit on your back and doing some long days skating around - I really like the idea.

The JOGLE idea on the other hand sounds like it'd be a proper mission - fair play to 'em!

Blimey! I thought he'd at least be on a longboard! That's going to be even harder on something short and stiff (although I guess the kickflip wouldn't have been so easy!)

Good luck to the man - think I did about 3 miles on mine today, not sure I'd fancy nearly 1000.

How much of a challenge is it when you're accompanied by a motorhome that pulls you up the hills?

Has this been happening?
Still, mo miles of skateboarding on the flat per day is a stupid amount.

I think it will be very challenging regardless of being pulled up hills

Pretty considerable I’d say. Probably as challenging as it is ridiculous

Some dude did Melbourne to Cairns by skateboard this year. 3,600km in couch surfing style. Good effort.
