OEX 'Bush Pro' bivi bag?????

Post by gairym »

So.....wifey and the kids just returned from blighty and I was given an OEX 'Bush Pro' bivi bag which had been delivered to my mother-in-law's place sometime in the last two years (since our last pre-covid visit).

Anyone on here know when, where or why I might have made this purchase???

It looks new but I've already got two bivi bags and fairly sure I wouldn't have bought another one unless it was incredibly cheap from someone on here etc...

My memory isn't what it was pre-90s raving and so it's no surprise to me at all that I have precisely zero recollection of making said purchase other than ever so slightly and very vaguely recollecting a possible conversation on here about some cheap bags at some point in the past.

Any intel gratefully received and muchly appreciated.....

Yours forgetfully, Gairy.

Similar happened to me Gairy. Precovid I bought summat and had it collected by my mate Donald. Then he got stuck in Malaysia whilst out there with his family. Caught up with him outside a Premier Inn at sometime in March or April during a work trip to the midlands.

He pulled out some used (well 3 individual wheels) Dura Ace wheels and a few superlight cassettes (SRAM red and Dura Ace).
