Not convinced - you'd be on the extensions for downhill stuff meaning much frantic grabs for brakes....

Quote your sources damn you!

Alternatively:

Yeah, whatevah!

Ha.. I googled the phrase, was kinda interested. I mean, rather interested :) A Reddit entomology thread came up.

Anyway. Looking at the detail in the review and thinking that a V brake cable noodle would help with cable routing for MTB levers to clear bar bags.

V brake cable noodle
you get flexible ones - I use them for the exit point from my Gravity droppers- dont know if they would help here

^ I'd forgotten about those, good idea. I use modified rigid ones to direct bar end shifter cable more neatly, might try some flexible ones next time.

I hope I’m not falling into a well baited pedant trap here but…..

Entomology is the scientific study of insects.
Etymology is the study of the history and origin of words.

Sorry, I couldn’t help it :geek:

For anyone else who's interested, the etymology of entomology is from the Greek entomon (denoting an insect) + -logia (denoting a subject of study or interest).

A point well scored, with added irony value - no trap, genuine mistake  :-bd

Reminds me of a joke I heard whilst studying my linguistics degree:

Q: What's the difference between and etymologist and an entomologisit?

A: Ask the etymologist!

Oh we laughed.
