It's be ok as long as you're on the uphill side?

Cut a hole at the centre point and make sure that's the lowest point?

Double use too: trampoline for morning pre-ride exercises.

They've solved that by suspending it over the firepit.

Classic multi-use equipment approach.
1) Use it as a giant net to catch fish
2) Use it to hold fish over fire to smoke them
3) Play on the trampoline while tea's cooking
4) Sleep on it

These things are great. My mate in Colorado has one and we used it on a couple of trips into the Rockies. It's heavy, bulky, takes ages to set up and you do need three trees in pretty much exactly the right place. But it's reasonably stable when done right and you don't get much movement when someone slides out for wee. We had large closed cell foam mats to sleep on, which were very comfortable and warm enough.

He bought a proper cover for it the second trip out, which was great because the mess of tarps we had to sling over it the first time we had it out took hours to set up, and leaked anyway.

It's a top place to hang out in - the kids spent hours playing cards and mucking about. Sadly, its application as a trampoline is limited - it's just not bouncy enough. Which is a good thing if you want to actually sleep.

Nice one. I shall let you know how it survives 3 over excited smallish people.

Just need to knock up a triangular tarp now
