It's actually still Forest Freeride.

"No ratings or reviews, permanently closed" sounds about right.

Interesting, on the mobile it’s Forest Freeride, on my desktop earlier, it’s BBB

Yeah this is devastating news.

Maybe we could get one of Stu's little birds to lobby the new owners for a residents' bar...

I forget... what time do people usually start arriving for this? Is there any point in getting there before midday?

9.00 onwards Richard. Depends how much you like to faff, whether you fancy your chances on the weigh in and how much chit chat you fancy.
May the bridges you burn light your way

Cheers. I've lost what few social skills I had, so might be best for me to not turn up first thing!

Might aim for 10:30 - 11:00 or something.

My problem is sort of the opposite. I just can't shut up when finally let off the leash! :???:

Sorry to be a bit annoying with this but thought I will ask again just in case. I have a train booked to Shrewsbury, through Crewe, but still don't know how to get to the start from there. If anyone has some space for me and my bike it will be amazing. Plan B is to skip the starting event and cycle from Shrewsbury towards the finish line.
