Treespotting
Easier to get a close up picture of em. They love they CO2 we waste and they're just generally all round lovely creatures. If anyone wants to post up the trees they spot and a bit about them, then that would be amazing
My first tree is (watch this space).
Idea taken from the audax Bristol chap Adam Watkins. Dendrology it's called apparently.

Re: Treespotting
Number 2 The Almond
This example is on our land and has been neglected for several years making the harvesting of the almonds almost impossible, once the blossom has gone, it's being drastically reduced to about 3 metres high which will give us quite a bit of firewood next winter.
Sorry for being brutal but it needs doing.

I'm even more embarrassed now I even scanned my mental bank of Python sketches, and came up blank.
Re: Treespotting
You should be. I was born in '82, raised and living in Switzerland, yet I got it without even thinking. And had a good laugh.thenorthwind wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 9:18 pmI'm even more embarrassed now I even scanned my mental bank of Python sketches, and came up blank.

That tree is deceased, it’s an ex-tree.
