Apparently, it'll prevent some nicking your bike. I do love the way that your bike sticks out the end in its own little pocket. I think what perhaps worries me most is that someone will buy it.

On a majority of my bikepacking trips I don’t even want my clothes in with me let alone my bike. These people clearly haven’t tested their idea during a UK winter.
If you are going through hell, keep going.
