Specialized pizza rack fitting

Ey up does anyone know if a spesh pizza rack can be mounted using the fork (pinnacle ramin plus) mounts that are on the outer legs the ones where there are 3 holes in a line for like the anything cage, also my other bike has i think they are called mid fork mounts (planetx London road) would it also fit that type thanks for any info cheers

I haven't got either of those specific bikes but to fit it on my Fargo I had to use some zinc coated repair plates screw holes to make everything reach. Worth having some on hand.
