01/01/21: 72.5kg
-------------
07/05/21: 59.9kg (-0.1kg)
14/05/21: 60.2kg (+0.3kg)
*** Holiday ***
28/05/21: 60.9kg (+0.7kg)
-------------

Still within target range on the 7 day average... but only just after that trip away! Diet / lifestyle has gone to sh*t a bit in the last week, need to get on top of that before it gets out of control.

Will be interesting to see my weight on Tuesday. Usually goes up massively after WRT because of swelling from all the riding.

Mate, you're killing it!

Keep it up...

I'm home from my trip today so will jump on the scales in the morning and see what the result of a week's solid riding has done for/to me

Cheers Gary :-bd Good luck after your week of riding!

I'm still having to have at least one day off between rides to rest my knee but last week's long road one had one of Shetlands biggest road climbs in it at 2km, 215m, max 23% and ave of 10% so I was very happy to get it in the bag.

Planning to extend the distance again tomorrow and make the most of the fine weather we're having. If I keep the build going, and knee happy, I might even be up to a bike packing trip! :o

Target - 90kg

Start 2021, 97.7kg

04/06/21, 97.8 kg

Fluctuating wildly at the moment. Two days ago it read 97.1 but hey ho, Friday is weigh in...

Removed all the weeklies. As you can see life appears to have been a touch gluttonous  yesterday the jacket was a little tight too. Musy try harder...

Well done Moder-Eye mate. Amazing, keep it up. Very enocuraging to all the rest btw

Target: 60 - 61kg (Maintaining)

Oddly the WRT didn't seem to make as much difference as it normally does. Ended up carrying an extra kg from swelling, but it only lasted a couple of days. Maybe because I was really careful to get enough water / food in because it was so hot?

That's the end of this stage of my plan. Probably a good thing as I'm starting to lose focus a bit and finding myself snacking / drinking more than I have been. Definitely lost a ton of definition in the last few weeks, but that could also very well be because I stop weight training a couple of weeks out from any major event.

Will have a week off after KAW then hold my weight around 64kg, with maybe 15% bodyfat (probably get there just from easing off / celebrating!). Jennride will probably be a bit tougher due to extra weight / no focussed training... but it's only a sociable thing anyway.

I'll still be reporting here... just so you can all see I'm also human.

05-02-21 - 112.5kg
22-01-21 - 114.3kg
01-01-21 - 115.4kg

Piss!

I should probably be upset BUT I'm feeling the best I've felt on a bike in a lot time! My back is behaving, I allowed 'trip food' while away but am happy with and feeling good about my plan/restrictions note that I'm back again etc...

In short, yes of course I'd rather have lost weight while away but I'm happy things are being done as they should be going forwards...

It was everything I'd hoped and more.

On paper the worst shape I've been in at the start line but I felt better/stronger than either of the two previous years :-bd

Luckily the pandemic doesn't seem to have affected the food or wine quality!

See you there next time round.....

If you're that skinny but weighing in at 102kg that would put you in at over 6ft... is that a correct guesstimate.

Well done on the 150km with the new knee :-bd

Thanks for the skinny compliment :-bd but no I'm 181cm, just short of 6', size 13 feet, and 102kg.

Here's the full body shot, though the camera angle makes me look a bit distorted!

Possibly 0.3kg up but I doubt it as thighs are pretty inflamed from riding and squats, plus no morning deposit. I'm taking this as a 'no change' today weigh-in.
