It is prescription only but I know my missus imported some gummies from the US as an emergency backup after there was a delay in the sprog’s prescription.

Yes, just looked into it. Prescription only and mainly for over-55s.

Rough day for me, feels like a cold coming on
Calories at 1,750 and training a minimum of 1.5 hours a day (longer on the weekend).

I do add half of what Strava said I burned to the calories... but only when I use a power meter (I take a third of outdoor ride calories, calculated from heart rate). So most days that ends up ~2,200.

Cheers Richard , not a lot but then there's not a lot of you compared to me!

1.5hour a day is a fair bit. Between walking, cycling and swimming I probably do close to that fairly often, but not every day. And then there's obviously bigger days.

Jeez, house of the damned here the last week with us all off with some horrid super get you back for two years of not having one cold my son brought back from school. Eyes and sinuses feel like they're stuff with chilli, throat is killing and stomachs dncjedt.muscles feel totally battered. Bad enough we got him a PCR test, thankfully negative and we've all done LFT too.

Living on sufadfed, night nurse, strepsils and any old garbage we can be bothered to forage for and eat. So I'll not be weighing in this week as I just CBA and I'm still off work feeling awful. Might do one when I feel able to do anything again.

Grrr

I've managed to get back down to sub 62kg (just). But I'm expecting my carb loading tomorrow will see me start the ride Saturday at about 65kg.

Oh well, I'm feeling OK at least so I'll just have to see how it goes.

Hope Dawn's weigh-in went well - she's been working hard recently. It's ok to let her go first...

Ride went OK, could definitely have done with another couple of kg off... if only to cope with the 1.6kg of food I was carrying!

Going to try again, it has been a difficult six months, could have gone a lot worse and will as I am soon to loose two people thanks to cancer. I am trying to pull myself out of the funk I am currently in, I have started food blogging and I am only allowed take out once a month as a treat and only if I cycle a minimum of three times a week. I am also going to start taking photo's and blogging again, I have not done a blog since 2014? Should be fun.....or painful. I am hoping to get below 140kg before Christmas, but I really want to see under 135kg.

15/10 144.6kg

That sound tough Loki with close people being so unwell, but best wishes for the reboot, sounds like a good plan! You blog link says not found btw.

My woes continue to with illness putting me in a funk and eating badly. Uncertainty over us relocating to mainland Scotland and lack of motivation for life just now doesn't help. An interview my wife has next week may solve the relocation issue anyway, and start a million and one more!

I'm determined to get back with the programme, but need to be a little easy on myself just now. Hopefully I'll feel well enough for some exercise this weekend.

hey, keep positive, when you go out don't do it for the sake of it but keep going to interesting places for your blog. visiting interesting people. turns exercise from a chore to an interesting journey for blog. I'm sure you're worked it out already.
food is my vice, especially sweet stuff. I'm trying to eat simple quality food (some home grown), compared to the lower quality tasteless super market veg (chosen for appearence and long shelf life rather than nutritious quality. tasteless food needs added flavour and more mass produced crappp. with all the hidden fat & sugar other nasties...
keep positive. I like you blog last time I looked it up.
