I did a charity abseil off the Tyne Bridge for COCO when I was a student. They struck me as one of those small but dedicated charities that probably have a real impact on the communities they work with.

Anyone swim outdoors? This is a similar thing, but with some bonkers swimmers, it's this Sunday.
