Option 1 - emergency universal hanger

Option 2 - shorten the chain for temporary singlespeed

When you do find a supply of the correct hanger, buy 3.
1 for your bike
1 for your saddlebag
1 for 'stock'

Cheers folks - just found a boardman one on rearmechhangers.com that looks right. Got 2, now you’ve got me thinking I should have 3

Option 4: bend it back. If it’s getting binned you can’t really ruin it much more, so ensuring the mech hole has a bolt in it, try and straighten it back up with a big adjustable wrench.
